Whenever I release a product, I will tell myself it will bring me a client. In May 11th, I received an inquiry of bronze horse head sculpture from Mr. Spencer.
To be honest, I am not very understanding of bronze products. In order to show my professionalism, I often learn from my colleagues.
In the middle of the negotiation, Mr. Spencer not reply to me in two days.I looked at the customer’s search records found that customer search for a competitor’s products. At the same time, customers told me that he would make a choice in three suppliers.
I began to worry, after all, the opponent is not worse than us.I hope to find a breakthrough to save customers.
I konw that the customer has been worried the installation and the base, and then i
painted many drawings for him.
Mr.Spencer is interested in this and we started talk about drawings, sometimes he also
asked us for advice.
In May 19th, I was busy during all afternoon.Customer finally chose one option, and let me make the profoma invoice, and told me to give us a call.I was very happy, I wanted to communicate with customers immediately.
But Mr.Spencer told me that he was very sorry, because it was nine o’clock in the evening, and he needed to take care of his 8 months’ baby and then sent a photo of his family members to me.
Moved and excited in my heart, I understand that not every person is willing to share their family photos with some stangers.Thank you for your trust! Mr.Spencer
In May 20th,I received the bank receipt from Mr.Spencer Mr.Spencer said Yoki have been doing very well, Yoki is a good girl.I’m glad to hear that, but I know that I’m not a professional sales person. My English writing is not good, so I make some drawings and detailed data to express
my thoughts instead of more words
While negotiating with customers, I have been improving myself.Intentions and sincerity so that the customers could feel my efforts.
Thank you Mr.Spencer for believing in me.
Thanks my colleagues giving me help and support.
I will work harder and to make myself to be better, to become a professional salesstaff.
The harder, the more lucky!
